Port Blair, Oct. 19: Naval Dockyard, Visakhapathnam has published an advertisement in the Employment news 29th Sep 05 Oct 2012, inviting applications for various post of Boat Crew (Non-Gazaetted, Non-Ministerial Non – Industrial) at various Naval Stations at Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Kolkata and Port Blair. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format as per the Annexure-I to the advertisement within 37 days from the date of issue of publication. Selected candidates would also be considered for posting at Naval Ship Repair Yard, Port Blair.
A press Release issued by Andaman & Nicobar Command states that eligible candidates as per qualification furnished in the advertisement for enrolment of Boat Crew posts may directly forward the application in the prescribed format to the Admiral Superintendent Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam, 530014. The last date for receipt of duly filled in applications at Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam is 37 days form the Date of issue of Publication.

The initiative is to enlighten potential candidates of Andaman & Nicobar Island on Employment opportunities in the Navy and Andaman & Nicobar Command, the release stated.
