Port Blair, Nov. 12: XXXV Annual conference of Indian Poultry Science Association (IPSA) and National Symposium will be conducted  from  November 15-17, 2018 at ICAR-CIARI, Port Blair, under the theme “ Rural Poultry Production: Challenges for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Development”.

The academicians, researchers, industry personnel, non-government organizations, policy makers and students will be participating both from the mainland and the Island in the event to share the advancements in the science and technology to uplift the rural poultry production in a sustainable way.  Beside Directors of Line Departments and delegates of research fraternity of A & N Islands will also be participating in the seminar. 

Dr. A. K. Singh, Deputy Director General (HS), ICAR, New Delhi will be Chief guest and   Dr. R. S. Gandhi, ADG (AG&B), ICAR, New Delhi,  Dr. A. Jalaludeen, President, IPSA &  Dr. Praveen Kumar Tyagi, Jt.Sec. IPSA will be the guests of honour and Dr. A. Kundu, Director, ICAR-CIARI & Chairman, IPSACON - 2018 will preside over the function. The seminar will be inaugurated at 10.00 A.M. in the conference hall of ICAR-CIARI on 15th  November, 2018.
