Port Blair, Nov. 12: The Chairperson, PBMC Smti Anusia Devi along with Shri Vishal Jolly, Member HMAC met the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration on 10th November,2018 and discussed at length about various issues concerning development of Port Blair city. The focus was on the developmental activities within Port Blair Municipal area, specially Water Supply, Road and Urban Development Sectors and inadequate funds to carry forward these works.
The Chief Secretary had given a patient hearing and assures that required funds will be made available so that the works are afoot on ground by 1st December 2018. The Chairperson has conveyed gratitude to Chief Secretary for addressing the core issues of PBMC.
