Port Blair, Dec. 17: Due to Cyclonic storm PHETHAI over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, fishermen are advised not to venture into southwest & west central Bay of Bengal till the 17^th December and  Northwest Bay of Bengal on  17^th December 2018.
