Port Blair, Jan 21: The Member of Parliament,Shri Bishnu Pada Ray has laid the foundation stone of Six (06) new works under the MPLAD Scheme in Municipal Ward No 2, Ward No, 06, Ward No.09, Ward No.10, Ward No.11 & in Ward No. 14 on 15th , 17th & 19th January 2019. The works include:
Construction of Indoor Badminton Hall with an estimated cost of Rs: 37, 31,469/- under the MPLAD Scheme in Dairy.
Construction of Road from Shri. Gurunath house to Sukara House at Kaju Basthi Road at Dairy Farm with an estimated cost of Rs: 16,17,369/-under the MPLAD Scheme.
Construction of RCC retaining wall along side of road from Shri Karuppaih house to Shri Sakthivelu House at Krishna Nagar, , Shadipur with an estimated cost of Rs. 8, 82, 174 /- under the MPLAD Scheme.
Construction of footpath and drain from Shri Balakrishnan house to Smt. Saraswathi house at Bhagat Singh Colony Haddo, with an estimated cost of Rs: 11, 76,243/-under the MPLAD Scheme.
Construction of Gymnastic at Middle Point Bank Road Park at Middle Point under Ward No. 06, with an estimated cost of Rs. 17, 39,108/- under the MPLAD Scheme.
Construction of retaining wall near the house of Shri. Hari Mohan and Jagmohan at South Point under Ward No.10, with an estimated cost of Rs. 16,98,964 /- under the MPLAD Scheme.
