It is informed to all the general public that the counting process of 17th Lok Sabha Election, 2019 will be held on 23rd May, 2019 at JNRM Complex and for this purpose the following diversions are proposed for the smooth flow of traffic.
1. Pickets/Barricades will be placed at Sinclair Junction, Municipal Market Junction (Ratnam Market), South Point, Machi Line Junction and Girls School after 0300 hrs till the end of the counting process.
2. No vehicle shall be allowed to cross the above picket/barricade points except vehicles having necessary passes as issued by the DC Office to enter the Counting Centre Area i.e. JNRM from 0300 hrs.
3. No vehicle shall be allowed to proceed to JNRM from any side after 0300 hrs till the end of the counting process.
4. Vehicles without passes shall be parked on both sides of the Mahavir Singh Road upto Dharamsala Crossing.
Hence, the general public is hereby requested to cooperate with traffic police personnel during the time of diversions and plan their travel accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
