FOB Organizes Yoga Exhibition at Kendriya Sadan and Multipurpose Hall, Netaji Stadium

Port Blair, June 21: All the Central Government Offices functioning at Kendriya Sadan, Ranchi Basti jointly celebrated 5th International Yoga Day (IYD) at Kendriya Sadan Auditorium, today. Shri Naresh Chander Lal, Swachh Bharat Ambassador for the Islands, joined the celebrations as the Chief Guest.   

During the event, officials from various central government offices of Port Blair and their respective Heads practiced Yoga Protocol under the guidance of an experienced Yoga Instructor from AYUSH, Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Andaman and Nicobar Administration. The event was organized by Press Information Bureau (PIB).

Filed Outreach Bureau (FOB) Port Blair also organized Yoga exhibition simultaneously at Kendriya Sadan to mark IYD. FOB also organized Yoga exhibition at Multipurpose Hall, Netaji Stadium in coordination and cooperation with AYUSH, DHS. 

The Port Blair Offices of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Central Public Works Department (Civil and Electrical), Central Integrated Pest Management Centre, National Statistical Office, National Informatics Centre, O/o DDG A&N WB LSA (DoT), O/o Joint Controller of Communication Accounts(DoT), Community Food and Nutrition Extension Unit (CFNEU), FOB, PIB, Clinical Research Unit- Homoeopathy and Regional News Unit, All India Radio participated  in the event.
