Port Blair, July 15: Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament and all senior leaders have deeply mourned the deaths of Shri Kartik Chander Roy, 75 years and Shri Dilip Biswas, 55 years who have left for heavenly abode on today the 14th July, 2019 and prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and strength to their respective family members. Both are the residents of Mathura.
