Port Blair, Sept. 17:  The Andaman Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI) is conducting the 2nd edition of Cycling Tour “Tour of Andaman”.  The 5 days tour would be covering a distance of 370 Kms. in association with Team Parikrama and A&N Administration. 

Team Parikrama is a group of volunteers/members who organize tour treks/hikes, cycling and adventure sports for the youth to explore the world and discover themselves.  23 cyclists from various parts of India are participating in the 5 days cycling tour to North & Middle Andaman from 16th to 20th September, 2019.  The tour was flagged off from Baratang on 16th September at 7.30 AM and will be crossing Mayabunder, Diglipur, Ramnagar and Aerial Bay. 

The team will return to Port Blair on 21st September, 2019.  The annual calendar event is an initiative to promote eco-friendly tourism activity in these Islands for nature lovers. The team consisting of 23 Members will be interacting with the villagers, PRI Members and spreading the message and importance of making these island plastic free and conservation of water resources.
