Port Blair, Dec 3: The 5th Open Air Gym set up by the Port Blair Municipal Council at Bathubasti was inaugurated by the Chairperson, PBMC, Shri N K Udhaya Kumar in the presence of Secretary PBMC, Shri Suneel Anchipaka yesterday. The Sr. Vice Chairperson, Councilors, Sr. Officers, officials of the Council and general public attended the function.
Master S.K. Shubbham, S/o Shri R. Sashi Kumar, a resident of nearby area was the special invitee during the function. The Port Blair Municipal Council is rapidly heading towards development. With the inauguration of this gym, now, all the residents of Bathubasti, nearby areas and tourists will be able to work out in the gym free of cost. The Open Air Gym is a new concept and will definitely help the residents in staying fit.
