Port Blair, Jan 25: The 33^rd Convocation of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is to be held on Monday, 17^th February 2020. Last date for its online registration is 10^th February 2020.  Students who have completed their Programmes in December-2018 or JUNE-2019 Term-End-Examinations are eligible for award of original Certificate at this Convocation. 

Eligible students are required to register themselves for obtaining the degree/diploma certificate and pay the requisite fee through online mode only (www.ignou.ac.in). Students may attend the convocation and collect the certificate at any of the Regional Centres of their choice and at IGNOU HQ, New Delhi as per their convenience. (In case, the convocation is not held in the city opted by the student, he will be permitted to attend the convocation in nearby city of the Regional Centre). The fee for obtaining the original degree/diploma certificate is Rs. 600/- per certificate and is to be paid though online mode only. In case, student not invited to attend the convocation or could not attend the convocation even after submitting the requisite fee, their certificate will be sent by post, after the convocation. 

Certificate/PG certificate Programme students are not required to register and pay the requisite fee. Their certificates will be sent by post, after the convocation. Students have to take all the certificates if they have qualified for more than one module of the Programme paying Rs. 600 for each.
