Port Blair, July 26: The Hon’ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands, Lt. Gen (Retd.) A.K. Singh will lead the islanders in paying tributes to the Kargil War Martyrs on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas at Kargil War Martyrs Memorial in the premises of TGCE on 26 July 2014 at 0930 hours.
