Port Blair, June 22: The District Police of Car Nicobar in association with RTO Car Nicobar conducted a basic training programme on various road signages and regulations in the conference hall of SP(D)N office, Car Nicobar on 19.06.2015 for those who are appearing for learner license test for two and four wheelers. During the programme, HC/1552 Diana of District office, Shri George, ARTO office& SDPO Car Nicobar imparted training on various aspects to the gathering. Altogether30 (23 – Female and 07 – Male) applicants for two wheelers and 04 LMVs participated in the training programme. Out of these 08 ladies were from Kinyuka village, which was adopted by the A&N Administration under Saansad Aadarsh Gram Yojna Scheme launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. All the candidates appeared for the learning test before RTO Car Nicobar on 20.06.2015 and cleared their tests. 

The training programme was organized by Shri N. Rasheed, SDPO Car Nicobar under the overall supervision of Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh, IPS Superintendent of Police, Nicobar District.
