Port Blair, July 28: On 28th July 2015, acting upon a tip of information, a raiding team comprising of ASI Rakesh Singh, HC Thimmi Raj, PC Somen Biswas, PC Milton Baul, PC Suraj Kumar and PC Arun Xaxa of Special Branch, CID conducted raid in a Bus at STS Bus Stand, Port Blair and seized 34 bottles of liquor from the possession of N. Ranjit S/o Late K. Narayanan (40) yrs R/o VIP Road. He has been arrested under A & N Excise Regulation 1876. 

The general public is requested to inform about any credible information pertaining to gambling, illegal sale or possession of liquor/drugs or any other illegal activity on the following telephone numbers- 100, 232586, 9434288536, 9474290250 & 233307.
