Port Blair, Dec. 26: The Science Centre, Port Blair will be organizing a State Level Science Project Competition for school students studying in class IX to XI standard. Each School can submit a maximum of two projects (working) related to Science for the competition alongwith one student per project. The competition shall be held at Science Centre on 10th January, 2024 from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The best three projects will be awarded with trophies including cash awards.

In this regard, dog owners interested in participating in the event can submit the details of the Dog's containing Owner's Name, Contact Information, Phone Number, Email Address, Dog's Information, Dog's Name, Breed, Age, Gender, Colour, Weight, Vaccination Records, Rabies Vaccination Date and Other Vaccination Dates (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para influenza and Leptospirosis).

During the Flower Show, competitions will be held on various Categories Viz. Fresh Flower and Dry Flower Arrangement, Flat Bouquets, Garland & Rangoli Competitions.

Car Nicobar, Dec. 26: Veer Bal Diwas 2023 was observed by the District Child Protection Unit at Car Nicobar today.
