Port Blair, June 14: Responding to an appeal from public, the Hindu Rashtra Shakti provided ration kits to 18  families at Dollygunj, Santoshi Mata Mandir area and nearby areas. Shri Rakeshwar Lall, State President and Shri Angshuman Roy, State General Secretary (Youth) arranged the Ration Item, which contained Rice, Dal, Masala, Oil, Salt and Milk etc.

Shri Amar Kumar Singh, National Secretary, HRS informed that out of the beneficiaries there were two families in which a family member had met with an accident seven years ago leading to a dislocation of leg bone and another family of an Auto driver of Austinabad who could not earn anything. The HRS has already distributed ration among 150 families from South Andaman and 45 from N&M Andaman during the lockdown and will distribute more to needy families.
