Port Blair, May 20: The Directorate of Shipping Services will be operating the cargo vessel MV Chuglam between Port Blair and Southern Group of Islands twice in a month (i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month). All Departments/ Consigners are hereby informed to avail the sailings and book the required quantity of cargo to be transhipped from the Commercial Wing of DSS well in advance.
Now the vessel MV Chuglam is planned to sail for Campbell Bay via Car Nicobar, Chowra, Teressa, Katchal & Nancowry on 01.06.2022 (Wed) at 1700 Hrs from Haddo/Chatham Wharf and will sail for Port Blair immediately after discharging/loading of Cargo at respective ports. Booking of cargo for the above sailing will commence from 23.05.2022 onwards between 0900 Hrs & 1300 Hrs at Commercial Wing. Loading of cargo will commence from 26th May, 2022. All the consigners are requested to adhere to the loading schedule in order to maintain the sailing as promulgated. All the consigners are further advised to book actual quantity of cargo to be transshipped, as no excess cargo will be allowed.
