Port Blair, Nov. 24: The Central Institute of Hindi, Hyderabad Centre in collaboration with State Institute of Education, Port Blair will be conducting a 10 day’s workshop for teachers teaching Hindi (GTTs) under Education Department A&N Administration on the Topic ‘Navikaran Patyakram’ to be held from 28th November to 8th December 2022 in the conference Hall of Shiksha Sadan Port Blair from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

Fifty-six GTTs from nine Educational Zones will be participating in the training programme. As a resource person -cum –coordinator, Dr. Gangadhar Vanode, Regional Director and 2 other resource persons of Central Institute of Hindi, Hyderabad Center will be performing their duties. The objective of this programme is to introduce modern techniques related to language teaching. Various aspects related to the state-of-the-art tools and techniques of language teaching will be discussed during the workshop covering the courses viz. General linguistics; Structure of Hindi Language;   Teaching of linguistic skills; Language Comparison Method and teaching and lesson planning; Textbook analysis and project work etc.
