Port Blair, June 23: In celebration of the 10th International Yoga Day, a rejuvenating yoga camp was successfully held at the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Branch Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands under the auspices of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation. The camp commenced at 6:00 am under the supervision of trained Yoga Instructor Kumar Kanisk Rajan from RSS and concluded at 7:00 am, attracting yoga enthusiasts from across the region.

Participants gathered at the serene venue early in the morning, embracing the tranquil ambiance of Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan. The camp featured a series of yoga sessions led by experienced instructor, Kumar Kanisk Rajan focusing on various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices designed to promote physical and mental well-being.

Despite continuous rain, volunteers from Sant Nirankari Mandal managed to reach the camp location with great enthusiasm. Their dedication ensured that all arrangements were in place, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the attendees despite the challenging weather conditions.

The one-hour session provided an excellent opportunity for individuals of all ages and fitness levels to engage in the ancient practice of yoga, fostering a sense of unity, peace, and harmony within the community. Attendees reported feeling refreshed and invigorated, with many expressing a renewed commitment to incorporating yoga into their daily routines.

Shri. Satya Narayan, Sector Incharge of Sant Nirankari Mandal, Branch Port Blair, addressed the participants and said that besides physical health, yoga is important for spiritual concentration as well. He extended his heartfelt gratitude to all the participants who contributed to the success of the International Day of Yoga camp.

After the conclusion of the yoga camp, the morning Satsang program was held at the Satsang Bhawan from 7 am to 8 am. Refreshments were arranged at the Bhawan for all the participants present.
