Port Blair, July 31: Shri Devesh Chandra Srivastava, IPS, Director General of Police, Andaman and Nicobar Police launched the “ANP Seva Cart” mobile App, an advanced e-commerce platform developed to enhance the functioning of the Kendriya Police Kalyan on 31/07/2024 at the Conference Hall of Police Headquarters. This innovative app is designed to streamline the shopping experience for all in service as well retired Police personnel, offering seamless and efficient solutions similar to other shopping applications.

The App has a user-friendly interface, ensuring effortless navigation, order placement and online Payment facilities for the beneficiaries. With real-time updates of groceries and electronic items, Police personnel will receive instant notifications about new arrivals and special offers, ensuring that they stay informed about the latest products. Besides it simplifies stock management for canteen staff, ensuring the shelves are consistently well-stocked and minimizing the risk of running out of essential items. The App also features secure transaction capabilities, providing safe and hassle-free payment options through UPI payment solutions.

The initiative of implementing the e-commerce App for Police Canteens has been warmly welcomed by the Police personnel and their families as it saves their time and efforts. Additionally, the App offers 24/7 accessibility, enabling police personnel to shop conveniently whether on or off duty.
