Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 5: Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Hon’ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and Vice-Chairman, Islands Development Agency reviewed the presentation of the report submitted by the Transaction Advisor on development of Megapode Resort and 4 Islands Eco-Tourism projects viz. Long Island, Aves Island, Shaheed Dweep & Smith Island in PPP mode. These tourism & hospitality projects would meet 5 Star categorization by Ministry of Tourism & green building rating by India's National Rating System for Green Buildings. Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, Chief Secretary & other senior officers of A&N Administration and ANIIDCO were also present during the presentation held today at Raj Niwas.
