1. Indian Government is Providing Economic Assistance to Girls from Minority Groupswith Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship Scheme

Maulana Azad Education Foundation (MAEF), Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India is extending financial support to school going girls belonging to any minority community i.e. Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi for their continuous gap-free education. Through this scholarship, the girl students will be able to pursue their educational dream without any economic hassle.

Last date to submit the application form is September 15, 2018. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, candidates need to fulfil the mandated requirements:

Eligibility

               Girl students belonging to any minority community, studying in class 9 to 12, can apply for this scholarship.

               The applicant must have secured minimum 50% or equivalent in aggregate in previous class with family income not more than INR 2L.

Scholarship Reward

Students of class 9 and 10 will receive INR 10,000 and class 11 and 12 will be given INR 12,000, in two equal instalments towards their admission and tuition fee.

               Printed application form (completed)

               Income Certificate of parents/guardian to be issued by the Competent Authority declared by the State Govt./UTs Administration

               Photograph of student attested by the Principal of present school/college

               Institution verification form attested by the Principal of present school/college

               Self-attested certificate of mark sheet of previous class as filled in form

               Self-declaration of minority community certificate by the student

               Photocopy of the 1st page of bank/postal account passbook in the name of applicant (either single or joint account with her parents)

               Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the student

2. Students in Graduation Programme are Offered financial Aid through NSF Scholarship

To help financially weak but academically strong students, who have taken admission in the under-graduate professional course like engineering, medicine or three-year polytechnic (diploma in engineering) from anywhere in India are extended helping hand by North South Foundation based in Illinois, United States of America.

Last date to submit the application form is September 15, 2018. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, candidates need to fulfil the mandated requirements:

Eligibility

Students, who have bagged top 10 position in CET or JET in class 10 or 12 from their state with family income less than INR 90,000 and must have secured a seat Engineering, Medical, Dental, Polytechnic, B.Sc (Agriculture), Bachelor of Veterinary Science etc. in a government or government-aided college are eligible to apply.

Scholarship Reward

Up to INR 25,000 will be rewarded as an annual scholarship to the selected candidates.

               College Admission Card

               CET/JEE/NEET rank card

               Bonafide certificate from the college into which student secured admission.

               Certificates showing marks secured from class 10th to 12th duly attested.

               Proof of tuition fees paid /payable annually duly certified by college authorities.

               Income Certificate issued by a Revenue Official or any other competent authority.

               Ration card / Aadhar card

               Two passport size photographs

               One family photo with their family standing in front of the house they live in.

               Reservation Class card duly certified, if the entrance exam rank card does not have the reservation class.
