Port Blair, Dec. 17: A National Sub-Junior WUSHU Martial art team consisting of 20 players (10 boys and 10 girls) from these Islands left for mainland on 17/12/2012 by ship to participate in 12^th Sub-Junior (Boys & Girls) National WUSHU Championship scheduled to be held from 24^th to 29^th December 2012 at Rajnandgaon, Chattisghar. The team is accompanied by the Coach Shri M.S. Murugan, ASI (IRBn), A&N Police and other officials. The Director of sports, Art & Culture, Shri Lucas Robert, during a brief program today at Netaji Stadium, blessed the players and wished them luck.
