Port Blair, July 15: The 108th Birth Anniversary of late ‘ Bharat Ratna Kamraj’ former AICC, President and great leader of the Indian national Congress was Celebrated at the premises of Congress Office, Gandhi Bhavan at 10.00 am on 15/07/2011 in a befitting manner.

 

At the beginning of the function Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, ANTCC garlanded and offered floral tribute to the portrait of “Kamraj” and thereafter, floral tributes were offered by all present in the function. A large number of senior leaders and members of the Congress Party attended the function.

 

Similar programmer was also held at Dairy farm junction at 7.00 am where the statue of Kamraj was garlanded by Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, Pradesh Congress Committee and other leaders. Sweets were also distributed.
