Port Blair, Jan. 10: The matter regarding extension of 3^rd MACP to those employees who had completed 10 years of regular service in the same grade but not completed 30 years of regular service was taken up by the Member of Parliament, Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray with the GOI, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. The Ministry has clarified the matter, which is contrary to the view of the Personnel Wing of the A&N Administration, a communication from the Office Secretary, MP Bhawan said here.
