Port Blair, Jan. 3: The Member of Parliament, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray has expressed his inability to participate in the inaugural function of the Island Tourism Festival 2012 on 5^th Jan 2012. Expressing his inability, the MP has written to the Secretary (Tourism) that on 5^th Jan. the BJP MPs are going to submit memorandum to the Hon’ble President of India, in protest to the Provisions made in the Lokpal Draft, by the UPA Govt. Hence it would not be possible for me to attend the inaugural function, Bishnu Pada Ray said.
