Port Blair, July 8: Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, PCC has express his concern over the curtailment of Haj Pilgrims quota of this territorial by the Haj Committee of India. The President has taken up the matter with Smti. Sonia Gandhi, President, AICC and requested her to intervene in the matter to accommodate all the applicants from this territory for Haj Pilgrims during the year 2011. 

 

Sharma also apprised the President AICC that the members of the committee are not financially sound to afford and manage to proceed for Haj under the management of Private Tour Operators of mainland, which are much expensive.
