Port Blair, Aug. 14: The Member of Parliament, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray today announced that he will be boycotting the party to be hosted by the Lt. Governor at Raj Niwas on the eve of Independence Day on 15^th Aug. 2012. The boycott is a token of sympathy and cooperation to the agitated Gram Vikas Samity who continue with their relend less fight for extension of justice to them.
