Port Blair, March 25: The South Andaman Teachers’ Branch of the Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association deeply mourns the sudden and untimely death of Shri Samarendra Mazumdar, Post Graduate Teacher of Govt. Rabindra Bangla Vidyalya, at a tragic road accident at Port Blair on 18th March 2013. He was 50 years. He left behind his wife and two children. The South Andaman Teachers’ Branch conveys its heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family members of late Samarendra Mazumdar.
Meanwhile, the PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma and leaders of the Party have expressed their shock and have mourned the sad and untimely demise of Shri Samirendra Mazumder, PGT, RBV, 52 years. The Party prays to Almighty for the eternal peace of the departed soul and strength to his wife Mrs Sabita Biswas and school going children Soumya and Sidharth to bear the irreparable loss.
