Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 4: The Andaman Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee President, Shri. Rangalal Halder has expressed grave concerns over the collapse and hasty, unsafe reconstruction efforts of two critical bridges—R.K. Nallah Bridge and Potatang Bridge—located between Jirgatang and Middle Strait Jetty on NH-4 Road.
In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Halder said that the recent collapse of the R.K. Nallah Bridge, an essential transport link, has caused immense suffering for both tourists and local residents who rely on this infrastructure for travel and trade.
