District Administration Cautions General Public not to Fall Prey to Middlemen

Port Blair, March 10: Registration process is an important aspect of the District Revenue Administration. In order to achieve transparency and accountability in the system, district administration has been registering deeds through online process. Once again it is appealed to the general public that they may register on URL https://onlineregistrationani.gov.in/ or visit their nearest Common Service Centers (CSCs) for uploading their documents at enlisted rates of CSCs.  Further, it is brought to the notice of general public the broad checklist of documents for registration includes, ROR, Sketch map, valuation of land (if applicable), No dues/ Non encumbrance from revenue department and PBMC( if applicable), OR report(in case of agriculture land and sale permission (in case of house site), to be uploaded. The checklist of documents has already been provided on the above mentioned URL for public convenience. Since District Administration believes in simplifying procedure and streamlining process therefore, all the redundant documents have been removed.

Port Blair, March 10: DeenDayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojna (DDU-GKY) is a centrally sponsored Scheme of the Ministry of Rural Development aims to skill the underserved, rural youth in order to provide them with a regular source of income. DDU-GKY is a skilling and placement initiative with an objective to ‘transform rural poor youth into an economically independent and globally relevant workforce’.

Port Blair, March 9: The Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan has informed the Member of Parliament, Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma that the Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS) has not applied for starting of Post Graduate (PG) courses for the academic year 2021-22.
