Port Blair, July 30: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 2, 94,560 beneficiaries have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands, out of the target beneficiaries of 2, 81, 603 (approx.). A total of 2556 people were vaccinated today in A&N Islands. A total of 92,438 eligible people in the age group of 18 to 44 years have been vaccinated till date.

Port Blair, July 30: The 36th edition of India–Indonesia Coordinated Patrol (IND-INDO CORPAT) between the Indian Navy and the Indonesian Navy is being conducted from 30 Jul 21 to 31 Jul 21. Indian Naval Ship Saryu, an indigenously built Offshore Patrol Vessel along with Dornier Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) will undertake coordinated patrol with Indonesian Naval Ship KRI Bung Tomo and a MPA of the Indonesian Navy.

Port Blair, July 30: Due to Technical snag, the services of one of the vehicle ferry vessel MV Pillopanja operating between Middle Strait and Baratang has been withdrawn from 30.07.2021 following which, services of only one vehicle ferry vessel MV North Bay will be available in the above route. The above withdrawal of one vehicle ferry vessel may lead to inconvenience in free movement of vehicles which is deeply regretted.
