Port Blair, April 1: The vessel MV Swaraj Dweep which sailed from Vizag is expected to arrive at Port Blair on April 3, 2023 at 1000 hrs. She has on board 356 passengers. On arrival, the vessel will be berthed at Haddo Wharf and passengers will be disembarked immediately.

Port Blair, March 31: The Member of Parliament, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands to set up blood banks at District Hospital Mayabunder and Car Nicobar with an adequate number of supporting staff so that in case of any emergency need of blood, patients don't have to wait for several hours for a blood donor.

Port Blair, March 31: The Centralized Examination-2022-23 was conducted under the aegis of the Department of Education in 88 Govt. Secondary and Senior Secondary School for Class IX & XI from Feb. 21 to March 25, 2023 in which, 3831 students of Class IX and 4016 students of Class XI appeared in 14 subjects and 28 subjects respectively.
