Andaman and Nicobar State Organising Committee of CPI (M) condole the sudden demise of Shri PK Beeran, retired Assistant Secretary, A & N Administration and resident of Phoenix Bay today (27.03.2023) at Port Blair. He was 73 years old. He was an office bearer of the Joint Action Committee in the Clerical Cadre while in service. CPI (M) conveyed its deepest condolences to the members of late PK Beeran.

Port Blair, March 27: The Public Hearing for preparation of Draft Integrated Island Management Plan (IIMP) of Shaheed Dweep Island which was scheduled on March 29, 2023at 10 am at the Panchayat Hall, Gram Panchayat Neil Kendra, Shaheed Dweep has been postponed due to administrative reasons. The fresh date and time for the public hearing will be informed immediately after obtaining approval from the competent authority.
