Port Blair, July 31: The ANTCC President, Shri. Rangalal Halder and the entire Congress Party have deeply mourned the sad demise of Shri. Vakkom Purushothaman at the age of 95. He was a senior leader of Congress Party and Former Lt. Governor of Andaman & Nicobar Islands who passed away on 31st July,2023 at his residence in Kumarapuram, Kerala.
