Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 10: Section 93 of Amended M V Act (A) 2019 mandates that no person shall engage himself as aggregator unless he has obtained license from such authorities as may be prescribed by the State Government. It has been further provided that while issuing the license to such aggregators the State Government may follow such guidelines as may be issued by the Central Government.
