Port Blair, May 26: All the Learners of IGNOU who have applied for Term End Examination June 2011 are being informed that Centre-wise Examinees lists have been displayed at the Exam Centres in the Region. All are advised to contact the centre concerned. In case of any assistance the Regional Centre shall remain open on Saturday and Sunday (28th & 29th May 2011). The Date Sheet and Hall Ticket/ admit card is uploaded on IGNOU website site www.ignou.ac.in, which can be downloaded for use. 

 

All are advised to take note that IGNOU Student Photo I-Card is mandatory to be carried when appearing at the examination, without which learner shall not be allowed. For any enquiries regarding non-receipt of hall ticket, student in her/his own interest should contact Exam Centre / Regional Centre Port Blair at-least two days PRIOR to the examination date indicated in the date sheet. Such students should come along with all Proofs of submission of exam form and the IGNOU Student Photo I-card. No third party enquiries can be ordinarily entertained. 

 

Centre once allotted will not be changed. Any discrepancy shall be dealt as per provisions of university in regards to the Term End Examination. The term end examinations June 2011 are commencing from 1st June 2011 10.00 AM Onwards. The candidates who have deposited their forms along with late fee of Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1000/- should contact the Regional Centre for hall ticket on or before 29th May 2011.
