Port Blair, Aug. 3: In connection with the double murder in the Juvenile Home at Nayagaon, two juveniles in conflict with law, who were absconding have been located and apprehended by the Special Juvenile Police Unit with the assistance of the local police and public.
The search for other two juveniles who escaped from the Home is still on in connection with PS Aberdeen Crime case No. 242/12 dated 29/07/12 u/s 302/34 IPC.
Since morning of 29th Aug. 2012, when the heinous crime was discovered and reported to the police, several search teams have been combing the city and outskirts to locate the missing juveniles. Further investigation is in process, a communication from the Superintendent of Police, South Andaman said here.
Police has also requested to inform the local police and search teams if they have any information on the whereabouts of the missing juveniles.
