Port Blair, Aug. 10: Shri Haridas Chattopadhyay, retired Hindi Officer of Andaman Nicobar Islands Forest and Plantation Development Corporation, Ex Secretary TOLIC, GoI, MoH has been appointed as Secretary to the President, Pradesh Congress Committee with immediate effect.  He has been authorised to handle the Media cell and Publicity of the Committee. In absence of the President, Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma he will also look after the routine official work of the President, a communication from the Secretary to President PCC said here.
