Port Blair, April 30: Dr. Zamir Ahmed, Scientist Incharge PME attached to the Central Island Agricultural Research Institute, Port Blair has been promoted as Principal Scientists w.e.f. 13^th July 2013. Dr. Ahmed will now be looking after the responsibilities of Officer Incharge PME, Incharge Social Science Section and Coordinator for Out Reach Centre at ICAR CIARI, Port Blair.
