Port Blair, Jan. 18: In order to facilitate the citizens of Andaman and Nicobar Islands to submit their grievances/feedback, the Department of IT with the assistance of SOVTECH has developed a Mobile App AN Seva 311. The Mobile App AN Seva 311 was launched by the Chief Secretary on 9th January, 2024.   

The Mobile App enables the citizens to submit their grievances with minimum information and has the facilities to upload the photos/videos along with the grievances. The citizens can now download the Mobile App AN Seva 311 from Google Playstore and avail the facility.
