Port Blair, July 1: The 3rd Office of Netaji Service Cooperative Society at Dhanikhari was inaugurated by the Chairman, ANCOFED, Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma today.
Inaugurating the office, Sharma explained that Cooperative Societies only can bring the benefits of all the schemes of the Government of India. Showing his concern over the unemployed problem, he urged everybody present there to get easy loans from the Cooperative societies and start their own business and become independent. He has praised the efforts of the Board of Directors of Netaji Service Coopt Society for rendering their best services for the rural people.
Sharma also handed over the key of TVS Scooty to Shri Mahendra Sarkar, arranged by the society for running his door to door small business. The Chairman was very pleased to note that the Society has also arranged a fridge to Smti Sita Das and required amount of loan to Shri S Pathak for purchasing Cows on the basis of easy loan from the society fund.
Shri Nipendra Nath Nag, ZP Member and Chairman, NSCS ltd speaking on the occasion stated that the motto behind opening of the third office at Dhanikadi area is to serve the people of the area in many ways. The people may get their applications typed, documents laminated, have photo copies of their documents at the new office at a very nominal rate.
He has said that the motive of his society is development through credit. Any youth who want to establish their small business, may get loans and also valuable suggestions etc. The Chairman of the Society also announced that soon the society is going to open fair price shops and from 10th July, 2013 Karate classes for girls will be arranged.
Among others who spoke on the occasion were Smti Abala samaddar, Smti Balbir Kaur, ZP Adhyaksha and Ppadhyaksha. Shri Shyam Sunder Das, Pradhan, Gupta Para proposed vote of thanks while the welcome speech was delivered by Shri Nipendra N Nag.
