Port Blair, July 2: The PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma attended the programme of Association of Rural People of A&N Islands (ARPAN) organised in the Community hall at Ograbraj Village as Chief Guest today. In his address Sharma praised the services rendered by the team of the NGO (ARPAN) and its Chairman Shri NM Bashir for the betterment and upliftment of the poor irrespective of caste, creed and colour.

Sharma also recorded his pleasure and satisfaction for the noble deed of the team of ARPAN, which has come forward for the help of needy students by distributing free school kits containing School uniforms of the respective schools, note books, geometry boxes, pen, pencil etc.

Shri. Mohd Safiq, Pramukh, Shri. N.K. Unnin, Ex Pradhan, Shri. N M Bashir, Chairman, ARPAN and Shri. A Samsuddin, Exec. Member ARPAN also spoke on the occasion. Shri. Abdul Gafoor, Organizing Secretary ARPAN proposed vote of thanks.
