Port Blair, April 12: To improve the participation level of students in the Saturday Video Class, the IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair is including the human element in the Video classes. The Academic Counsellor/Resource Person of IGNOU will teach as well as explain the video contents to the students. The blending of human element, with video technology, will provide academically enriched environment of learning with both face- to- face as well as Audio/Video.

One such video class will held on Saturday, 13th April, 2019 between 10 am to 4 pm. The Assistant Regional Director Dr. T.R. Satyakeerthy, IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair will be giving special lecture on CHE-03 (Chemistry Laboratory) at forenoon 10 am to 12 noon for the B.Sc students along with CDs on PREPARATION OF STANDARD SOLUTIONS, TITRATION, QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS. 

Similarly, the Editor of Phoenix Post - English daily- will address Journalism and Mass Communication students during 2.30 pm to 4 pm along with CDs on NEWSPAPER LAYOUT AND DESIGN, IMPACT OF TV VIOLENCE ON CHILDREN, CHANGING MEDIA SCENARIO. Students of other universities can also attend the video class for their academic benefit.
