Port Blair, July 6: The A&N Administration has invited online applications through Administration’s Portal: https://karmic.andaman.gov.in/grpcmatric for filling up of various Group ‘C’ Matric Level Posts in different Departments under A & N Administration vide Vacancy Notice No. 4-13/2022-R&E Cell dated 29.04.2023 and the Written Examination is scheduled to be held on 09.07.2023.

The A & N Administration has once again requested all the candidates who have registered online applications for various Group ‘C’ Matric Level Posts to download their Admit Card on https://karmic.andaman.gov.in/grpcmatric and also adhere to the following pre-examination instruction: -

The candidates who are likely to be present at the centre/venue of ANIIMS have been directed to appear at ANIIMS Campus, Near Corbyn’s Cove, Port Blair.

Candidate shall report to the Centre well in advance before 2 hours from the commencement of examination to reach the centre given in the Admit Card and avoid any crowding at the centre at the time of commencement of examination.

No candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices as the examination centres are under surveillance of CCTV and equipped with jammers.

The PwBD candidate must bring PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming Scribe under PwBD category must also carry his/ her own and scribe Self Declaration (Undertaking) regarding educational qualification, etc., passport size photograph, valid Government identity card. The PwBD candidates who have obtained certificate regarding physical limitation for an examinee to write from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of Government Health Care Institution must also bring her/his Own Scribe to be present a day in advance to the Centre Superintendent to certify himself /herself.

Candidate must carry ‘Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the Government’ – PAN/Driving License/Voter ID/Aadhaar/Islander Card with Photo. All other ID/Photocopies of IDs even if attested/scanned photo of IDs in mobile phone will NOT be considered as valid ID Proof.

Candidates have been suggested to visit the examination venue, a day in advance to see the arrangements at the centre, so that they do not face any problem on the day of examination. If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, visit centre early for thorough checking.

No candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card, valid ID proof.
