Port Blair, Dec. 31: In a commendable effort to ensure justice and streamline operational efficiency, the South Andaman Police has successfully disposed of 1458 old case properties in the year 2023 including disposal of 743 old case properties during the month of December. With the support of Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, the South Andaman Police disposed of the case properties in the presence of Executive Magistrate to ensure transparency.

Baratang, Dec. 31: On 27/12/2023, information was received that the local resident of Bamboo Basthi, Baratang is in possession of significant amount of venison. As a result, a joint team was constituted consisting of Police, AAJVS, and Forest officials of Baratang.
