Port Blair, Aug. 3: The Department of Fisheries has engaged four Fisheries Tourist Guides for explaining the visitors and tourists about the different fish species in the Fisheries Museum-cum-Aquarium located at Aberdeen Bazaar near Marina Park. These tourist guides were given training on the exhibits and marine life displayed in the Fisheries Museum-cum-Aquarium.

Port Blair, Aug 3: The A&N Administration vide Notification No.34-710/2011-Rev dated 21/07/2010, declared Ferrargunj Tehsil as local area under the provision of Sec 48 (1) of Andaman & Nicobar LR & LRR 1966. Consequently, Revenue survey was started at Guptapara village and measurements of the individual plot No./Sy.No was taken under the provision of section 49 of LR & LRR 1966.

Port Blair, Aug 3: The Department of Civil Supply & Consumer Affairs conducted a special camp on Aadhaar updating for the Divyangjan clients of CRC A&N Islands and as well other people residing at Brookshabad area today. About 17 Divyangjans and 24 others were benefitted through this camp. The camp was facilitated by the team from Department of CS&CA.
