Port Blair, Oct 27: The Directorate of Shipping Services in consultation with the District Administration has scheduled the sailing programme of the vessel MV Bharat Seema to sail for Diglipur via Mayabunder on 30.10.2021 from Port Blair. As per the schedule the vessel will sail for Diglipur via Mayabunder on  30.10.2021 (Sat) at 1900 Hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail back to Port Blair on 31.10.2021 (Sun) at 1300 Hrs from Diglipur via Mayabunder.

Port Blair, Oct. 26: The Member of Parliament of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Chief Secretary of A&N Administration to re-open Jolly Bouy Island and also to open new Islands for promotion of Tourism in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, the Member of Parliament today pointed out that as the threat of COVID-19 infection is now minimum all over India, a large number of tourists have started coming to Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Port Blair, Oct. 26: The Andaman Association of Tour Operators in association with the Ministry of Tourism (India Tourism Port Blair) conducted a ‘Heritage Walk’. The walk was a part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations by AATO. Students of BBA Tourism of JNRM College participated in the walk along with AATO members and India Tourism officials.
